Took my two kids camping solo this weekend

Wife had her work retreat so I packed up the boys and hit the campground. No major disasters which honestly felt like a win. Set up the tent myself (only had to fix one corner), made tacos over the fire that didn't taste like ash, kept both kids alive and somewhat clean for 48 hours. My oldest said it was the best camping trip ever even though we only drove 2 hours away. He's 8 and has been talking about it non stop. My 5 year old slept in the tent the whole night without coming to my sleeping bag. Feeling pretty invincible right now not gonna lie.
