Update: My son made his first friend at the new school!

Remember when I posted like a month ago worried about him adjusting after we moved? Today he came home absolutely buzzing about a kid named Marcus who likes the same video games. They've planned a playdate for this weekend. I cannot believe the difference it makes when he has one friend. He's been so much happier. Anyway just wanted to share the good news with you guys. Transitions are rough but it gets better.

This is so awesome! Moving with kids is rough. What did he say when he came home? Did he seem surprised that he made a friend so quickly?
