Why is parenting a 2yo like herding cats on espresso?
My youngest just discovered running and has zero concept of danger. This kid will just full-sprint toward the street or a set of stairs with no hesitation. I can't get anything done because I'm basically just chasing him around the house all day. Meanwhile everyone's like "enjoy this age it goes so fast" - yeah buddy, TRUST ME I'm enjoying every single second of this chaos lol
The running thing gets better once they understand consequences. Right now they're basically little speedbots with zero impulse control. Buckle up for the next 18 months minimum
