Wife surprised me with a dad weekend trip

She booked a cabin upstate for next month with my brother and two buddies. Fishing, grilling, beer pong, probably some poker. No kids, no schedules, just guys being guys for 48 hours. She knows I've been stressed with work stuff and the house project. Honestly might be the best gift she's ever given me. Definitely marrying up.

Dude that sounds legendary. I work nights and weekends so time with my buddies is rare these days. Soak it in. And definitely send your wife some kind of thank you because this is thoughtful on another level.
