7 year old begging for TikTok

Every kid in his class apparently has it. I'm not ready for this. He's been arguing that he's old enough and other parents are fine with it. I don't love the idea of my elementary schooler scrolling through an infinite feed but is this one of those things where I'm being too strict? What's the policy at your house?
