Anyone use Bark or similar monitoring apps?

Thinking about setting something up for my 13yo daughter before she gets more serious about social media. Don't want to be creepy about it but also... yeah. She's getting old enough that I can't just look over her shoulder anymore. Is Bark actually worth the subscription or am I just being paranoid? Open to other suggestions too if you've got them.
