Found out my daughter has a finsta account with posts I've never seen

Discovered it accidentally while helping her with her laptop. She has a private Instagram that like 50 followers where she's posting stuff she'd never put on her main account. Nothing crazy but some of it is definitely more mature than what she's showing us. We have a good relationship and I don't want to seem like I'm spying but now I'm wondering what else I'm missing. Should I confront her about it or just keep tabs quietly?

Man, that's tough. The finsta thing is so real with kids now. Maybe instead of confronting her directly about what she posted, ask her about the account itself and why she felt like she needed a private space. Could open up a conversation rather than shut her down.

I get it, that feeling when you realize your kid has a whole side of them you don't see. My oldest has the same setup. Hard to accept but honestly it's probably pretty normal at her age. Just maybe check in on what kind of stuff she's posting so you know if there's actual safety concerns versus just teenager stuff.
