Gaming is actually bringing my son and me closer

So I was skeptical when my son got into gaming but I started playing with him and it's honestly become our thing. We do co-op games a couple nights a week and we talk more now than we used to. He's 11 and we're connected in a way that feels real. Still watching his total hours but I'm not gonna shame it anymore. Turns out sometimes the thing you're worried about can be a positive if you engage with it.
