Gaming is actually not terrible?

So I've been super against my kids gaming but got convinced to let them play Minecraft together. They've actually been having fun building stuff and problem solving. Not gonna lie it's kind of cool. Still limiting it to weekends but maybe I was being too harsh. Anyone else had their mind changed about gaming?

Same thing happened with us. My oldest has been building stuff for months now and honestly it's kind of amazing what he comes up with. Way better than mindless tablet stuff.

I'm right there with you on changing my mind. My kids play together and they're actually talking and laughing instead of fighting. It's kind of nice.

Minecraft is legit though. At least they're problem solving and being creative instead of doom scrolling or whatever. The key is just keeping limits on it.
