Gaming is destroying my relationship with my teenage son

My 15 year old spends literally every moment he's home playing Fortnite or Valorant with his friends online. He's grinding ranked mode and says it's serious and that all his friends play competitively too. Homework gets done I guess but barely, he's barely eating dinner with us, won't put it down for anything. I don't want to be the guy who completely bans gaming because that's his social life now I think. But he's becoming obsessed. How do I handle this without pushing him away completely?
