Gaming together is actually bonding time

Started playing Minecraft with my 9 year old and it's legit become our thing. He's teaching me stuff, we're building together, talking about his day while we play. Never thought I'd say this but screen time spent with your kid is totally different than screen time alone. Anyone else find gaming is a good way to connect?
