How do you guys handle the iPad demand?

My 4 year old has figured out that if she asks enough times I'll eventually cave and let her watch YouTube Kids for an hour. I know it's bad parenting but some days I just need the break. We try to limit it to weekends but it's become this negotiation every single day. What's your rule for screen time and how do you actually stick to it?
