Got a 7 year old who wants to play Roblox constantly. Right now I'm letting maybe 90 minutes on weekends, nothing on school nights. My wife thinks I'm being too strict, her parents think I'm being too lenient. Anyone else feel like there's no winning with this? What's your routine look like?
Roblox is addictive for kids. Maybe pair it with something physical on those days too? Like 90 minutes of Roblox but then 30 minutes outside or basketball or something.
I'm still figuring this out with my kids too. Roblox is pretty endless though so I'd maybe set specific times or days rather than just a time limit. Like Saturdays from 10-11:30 kind of thing.
That seems pretty balanced to me. The key is probably that you're aware of it and thinking about it. My 7 year old would play all day if I let her.

90 minutes on weekends seems pretty reasonable for a 7 year old. I'd be more careful about weekday screen time but weekend chill time is fair game in my opinion.
