How much screen time is actually okay for a 3 year old?

Honest question. My 3 year old watches maybe 45 minutes to an hour of stuff a day. Mostly Bluey and Daniel Tiger. Some people act like I'm letting him rot his brain out. My pediatrician said under 2 hours is fine. I feel like I'm doing okay but I second guess myself constantly. What's your actual approach?

The important thing is what he's watching and what he's doing the rest of the time. If he's still playing outside, reading, doing other stuff, an hour of screen time is not the end of the world.
I've read that experts say under 2 hours is fine but the quality matters more than the quantity. Bluey is actually quality stuff that's teaching him things. I wouldn't stress about it.
