Got my oldest an iPhone 13 for her birthday and she's been glued to it for 3 days straight. I set up parental controls and screen time limits but I feel like I opened pandora's box. All her friends have one so I didn't want to be that parent but man this is harder than I thought. Any advice on making sure she's actually using it responsibly and not just hiding stuff?

Three kids here and I get the guilt but honestly setting limits early is the right call. Better to have this conversation now than deal with it being worse later.
