Is 90 minutes of screen time a day too much for a 7 year old?

My son has been asking to play more video games after school and I'm trying to figure out what's reasonable. Right now he's at about 90 minutes total between gaming and youtube. He's still doing his homework and going outside to play, but I worry I'm letting him slide too much. What do you guys do with your kids this age?
