Kids destroyed my productivity today

Tried to work from home while they were home sick. Thought educational apps and screen time would buy me 2 hours but they got bored, fought with each other, and now my boss is upset I missed a meeting. I know some dads manage this better. Any tips for balancing actual work with keeping kids entertained? Feel like I'm failing at both right now.
