My kid hacked my parental controls password

Found out yesterday my 11 year old figured out my password by watching my finger placement when I typed it. He didn't even USE it to get around anything, just wanted to prove he could do it. Part of me was impressed, part of me was furious. Now I gotta change everything. Any tips on keeping passwords secure from kids who are smarter than me at this stuff?

That's actually kind of impressive in a troublemaking way. At least you know he's observant. Probably need to be more careful with your typing now though.

This is the exact conversation I'm dreading having in a few years. How much access do you let him have now? Did you take some things away or just change the password?

Time to upgrade to a longer more random password. Or go old school and just keep a closer eye on screen time. This is why the digital parenting thing is so tricky.
