My son plays Fortnite 24/7 and I don't know how to handle it

He's 11 and literally all he wants to do is play. Comes home from school, does homework, then straight to Fortnite. I try to limit it but he throws a fit and honestly my patience is thin after work. I'm not even sure what he's playing honestly, just that he's on that game. Should I be worried? Is this normal for kids his age or am I letting him waste his time?
