Set up Apple Screen Time on all our devices and I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, kids hated it at first. But now we have actual boundaries and I'm not fighting about screens constantly. 8 year old gets 1 hour after homework, 11 year old gets 1.5 hours. They accept it because it's just the system now not me being the bad guy. Took like 30 minutes to set up and honestly wish I did it sooner.
Apple Screen Time has been my secret weapon too. The adjustment period is rough but then the kids settle into it and honestly they seem happier when they're not just scrolling mindlessly. What limits did you end up setting?
