Screen time experiment: unplugging for a week
So we decided to go completely screen free last week as a family. No tablets, no Switch, no YouTube. Honestly the first 3 days were ROUGH. The kids were bored and complained non stop. But by day 5 something clicked. They were playing outside, building stuff, actually talking to each other. We're not going full no-tech but we're definitely doing this every month now. Anyone else tried this?
We did this for a month and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. The withdrawal period is real but then they remember how to entertain themselves. Would you do it again?
