Screen time limits actually working for us
Just wanted to share a win. We implemented a no screens after 7pm rule about 2 months ago and bedtime has been SO much easier. The kids actually sleep without fighting us. My 8yr daughter and 6yr son used to be glued to tablets until like 8:30pm and bedtime was a nightmare. Not sure why it took us so long to try this but it's a game changer. If you're struggling with bedtime resistance maybe give it a shot.
This is huge and honestly most people don't stick with it long enough to see results. Two months in and seeing better bedtimes means it's working. Keep it up because this habit pays dividends.
