Screen time rules actually working?

Been using Apple Screen Time for about 3 months now and honestly it's been a game changer. Set limits on the gaming apps and my 8yo actually rebels less than I expected. The "downtime" feature at 8pm is clutch because he knows it's coming and we dont have the nightly battles anymore. Anyone else use this or is everyone just winging it?
