What parental controls are you guys actually using in 2024?

Got tired of the cat and mouse game with screen time limits so I'm looking for actual good parental control solutions. Used Apple Screen Time but my kids figured out how to work around it pretty quick. Is there anything that actually works without being a total pain in the butt to manage? Open Sandbox? OurPact? Would rather not go full nuclear and monitor every single thing but need some reasonable boundaries.
