YouTube Kids is driving me insane

Anyone else have their kid get stuck in weird rabbit holes on YouTube Kids? My 5yo somehow went from watching Bluey to these random unboxing videos and now thats all she wants. I thought the parental controls were supposed to prevent this stuff. Is there a better app or am I just not setting it up right?

Oh man, the YouTube rabbit hole is real. My 5 year old got sucked into these weird toy collection videos and I couldn't figure out how we got there from actual kids content. I've had to start setting up more restrictions just for my sanity.

The unboxing thing is wild. I feel like the algorithm just decides to take your kid on a journey sometimes. Might be worth setting up some channel limits in the parental controls if you haven't already.
