Am I being too strict about screens and worldly stuff

We limit screens pretty heavily, no social media for our teens, careful about movies and music. My kids sometimes feel like they're the only ones with these rules and honestly my wife worries we're being too rigid. But I see what's out there and I want to protect their hearts and minds. Trying to raise them with biblical values in a culture that's pretty hostile to that. Am I being reasonable or am I setting them up to rebel later? Looking for honest feedback from other Christian dads.
