Anyone else find it hard to be vulnerable with their family about struggles?

I put on the strong dad face all the time but I'm battling some real stuff with lust, pride, anger issues. I know I should probably open up to my wife or at least find an accountability partner but there's this voice that says I need to be the rock, the one with it all figured out. But that's a lie right? How many of you guys have been honest with your families about your struggles? Did it actually help your marriage and your witness?
