Confession: I'm a hypocrite and my kids know it

Just being real here. I tell my kids to be honest and kind but I caught myself lying to my boss yesterday about why I was late, and my oldest saw the whole thing on the work call. Then I got frustrated when my daughter wasn't truthful about eating the last cookie. The hypocrisy hit me like a ton of bricks. How do you guys walk it out authentically without expecting perfection from yourselves?
