Family game nights and faith together
Just wanted to share something that's been working great for us. Started doing family game nights on Friday where we play board games and then before bed we each share one thing we're grateful for and pray together. My kids actually look forward to it now instead of groaning. We're not forcing scripture down their throats but they're seeing that faith is just part of our normal life. Anyone else doing something similar that keeps it natural and not preachy?
Game nights are underrated. We started doing the same thing and it's actually way more effective than lectures for talking about values. Plus everyone's having fun so nobody's defensive.
