Family prayer routine that actually sticks
We started doing prayer time right after dinner and it's been a game changer honestly. At first the kids thought it was boring but we let them pray for stuff that matters to them. My 5yo prayed for his goldfish to stop being lazy and my wife and I almost lost it. Now they actually ask when we're praying next. If anyone's struggling to make it a habit, start small and let the kids lead sometimes. They care way more when it's their words.
This is awesome to hear. We've been so scattered with prayer time and it feels like we're always rushing. Did you have to do anything special to keep them engaged or did it naturally work after the first week or two?
