Family worship time actually working for us
We started doing 10 minutes of family devotion right after dinner three months ago and I gotta say it's changed something in our home. Nothing fancy, just read a verse, talk about what it means, pray for each other. My 6 year old is asking better questions about Jesus now and my teenagers actually engage instead of rolling their eyes. It's showing my kids that faith isn't just Sunday morning stuff. Took a while to make it a habit but worth every bit of effort.
This is exactly what we need to hear right now. My daughter's been kind of all over the place emotionally and I've been wondering if there's something we can do as a family to ground things. Glad to know 10 minutes is enough to actually make an impact.
