How do I lead my family spiritually when I'm struggling myself?

I want to be the spiritual leader my family needs but honestly my own faith has been shaky lately. Work stress, doubt, just going through the motions. My kids are at the age where they're asking real questions about God and I don't have good answers. I read my Bible inconsistently and don't pray like I should. How can I teach them faith when I'm barely hanging on? Feeling like a hypocrite.

I'd maybe analyze what is making you falter in your faith there. But I'd also take the questions the kids have and go look them up, find some bible studies and find the answers together. Then you might find some strength and it also shows them that while you're the leader of your family, you still need His words to bolster you. Also, remember that you're in a spiritual battle. Satan wants to pull you down and devour you. Hold fast, Brother. God loves you and He has the plan even if we don't understand it. It easy to be trite about it and I'm not trying to be. Find good answers for your kids and remember that the wisdom is there for you too.
