How do you balance work stress without losing your temper at home?
Struggling lately with bringing frustration home from the office and snapping at the kids over little things. Know I need to model patience and kindness but some days it feels impossible. Been trying to pray on my commute but looking for practical advice from other dads on how you manage your emotions before walking through the door.
The struggle is real. I started using my commute to like mentally switch gears before I walk through the door. Podcast or music turned up loud helps me leave work at work.
