How do you lead your family spiritually when you don't have it all figured out?

I really want to be the spiritual leader my family needs but honestly I struggle with my faith some days. My kids are 4 and 7 and they're starting to ask harder questions about God and I don't always have the answers. I'm trying to read the Bible more and pray with them at bedtime but I feel like a hypocrite when I'm not where I want to be spiritually myself. Any other dads dealing with this? How do you model faith authentically when you're still growing in it?
