How do you model Christ-like behavior when you're frustrated?

Honestly I'm struggling here. My kids pushed me to my limit today and I snapped at them over something dumb. After they went to bed I felt terrible because I know they're watching how I handle conflict and stress. I want to raise them with Christ's patience and love but I keep failing. How do you guys reset and actually walk the walk instead of just talking about it? Looking for real advice not judgment.

This is the one that gets me too. I snapped at mine last week over spilled milk and immediately felt terrible. I think just acknowledging it to them afterward matters. Modeling that you mess up and own it is actually pretty Christ-like when you think about it.
The frustration is real especially on long days. What helps me is remembering they're just kids and they're testing boundaries, not trying to disrespect me personally. Easier said than done when you're at your limit though.
