How do you talk to kids about faith without forcing it?
My wife and I have been talking about how to raise our kids with Christian values without making them feel like it's being shoved down their throats. We want them to own their faith someday but right now they're just going through the motions at church. Do we just keep modeling it and let them ask questions? My dad was really strict about it and I rebelled hard as a teen so I'm trying a different approach. Would love to hear what's worked for other families.
My 4-month-old is too young for this stuff obviously, but I'm already thinking about it and this resonates with me. I think the key is letting them ask questions and answering honestly rather than just handing them answers, right?
