I'm failing at leading my family spiritually

I keep telling myself I'm going to start a family Bible study or pray with the kids before bed but then life gets busy and it doesn't happen. Then I feel guilty and hypocritical because I'm at church on Sunday preaching about faith while my home life is chaos. My wife has mentioned it too. How do you actually make this a priority when everything else pulls at your time? Any advice from guys who've turned this around?
