I'm so tired of feeling like a hypocrite

Real talk. I lose my temper with my kids over stupid stuff like spilled milk or not listening the first time. Then I'm supposed to teach them about patience and self control? I pray about it, I really do, but it's like I keep messing up the same way. How do you guys handle knowing you're not the man you want to be for your family? This is driving me crazy.
