Leading by example at work is killing me

Trying to be a Christian witness at my job but my coworkers make it really hard. They're constantly making crude jokes, cutting corners on projects, talking trash about clients behind their backs. I don't want to be that guy who acts all righteous, but I also can't just laugh along and participate. My boss even asked why I don't go to the strip club with them for team building. Told him I pass but I need this job and now I'm worried it affected how he sees me. How do you guys navigate being counter-culture at work without becoming a pariah?

That's a tough spot. I've found that staying consistent with your values even when they push back actually does make an impact over time, even if it doesn't feel like it right now.

Man, I'm still in the fog of the newborn phase but I can already tell how much my example is going to matter to my kid. Hang in there and keep doing the right thing.
