Making family devotions a priority again
We used to do daily family devotions when the kids were younger but life got crazy and we let it slide. Started them back up last month and it's changed everything. Kids are more open, my marriage feels stronger, and I'm actually spending intentional time pointing them toward Jesus instead of just assuming they'll pick it up at church. If you've struggled with this I really encourage you to restart it. Simple 15 minutes, read a passage, talk about it. Doesn't have to be complicated.
We struggled with this too after our third was born. Started small with just Sunday dinners and Bible verses, no pressure. Kids actually respond better to 15 minutes of real conversation than trying to force an hour. You don't have to jump back to where you were before.
