My teenage son is rejecting everything we taught him

We raised him in church, homeschooled him, had family devotions. Now he's 15 and saying he doesn't believe any of it. Says it's all just what we forced on him. Wife is devastated. I'm angry but trying not to show it. Part of me gets it - he has to make his own choices - but another part feels like we failed. Anyone been through this? How do you let them find their own path without just giving up on your values?
