My teenager called me out for being a hypocrite

Ouch. I got angry at my 15 year old for lying about where he was going, then later that day he overheard me telling my wife I was working late when I was actually getting a beer with a buddy. He just looked at me and said nothing, which was worse than yelling. I apologized that night and we actually had a real conversation about integrity. He challenged me on it and I deserved it. Walking the walk is harder than talking about it. Just wanted to put this out there because I think we dads need to be reminded that our kids are watching everything we do.
