Praying Together as a Family - How Do You Start?

I want to establish a habit of family prayer but I'm not sure how to do it without it feeling forced or weird. We say grace before dinner but I mean real prayer time. My wife's more naturally faith-focused than me and I don't want to mess it up. We've got three kids ages 6, 8, and 12. Do you guys do family prayer? How did you introduce it? What does it look like in your house?
