Raising godly kids in today's world feels impossible
They're getting older and I see so much stuff that goes against what we're trying to teach them about values and character. School is pushing certain agendas, their friends' parents don't care what their kids watch or do, and the internet is basically unfiltered access to everything. I pray about it but some days I feel like we're fighting a losing battle. Other dads, how are you navigating this without becoming super controlling or losing your relationship with your kids?
Two of mine are in that age range and yeah, it's tough. But I've noticed they actually respect when we stand firm on what we believe instead of just going along with whatever. Stay engaged with them and keep those conversations going.
