Raising kids in a secular world - how are you doing it?

Sometimes I feel like I'm swimming upstream trying to raise my kids with Christian values when everything around us is pulling them another direction. School, friends, media, all of it. My wife and I try to have family devotions and go to church but I worry its not enough. We talk about Jesus and what it means to follow him but Im wondering if I'm doing enough to actually disciple them or if I'm just hoping the church does it for me. Any of you dealing with this and have advice?
