Raising kids in a secular world - thoughts?

We live in an area that's pretty secular and most of my kids' friends' families don't go to church. My wife and I want to raise them with strong Christian values but we don't want them to feel isolated or weird. We talk to them about what we believe but also try to be respectful of other people's beliefs. My concern is whether we're being bold enough in our faith or just blending in too much. How many of you deal with this? Any advice on finding that balance?

We're raising four boys in Iowa and honestly we just focus on living our values at home first. Kids pick up way more from what we do than what we say, especially when their friends' families might believe differently. Make your home the place where faith is natural and normal for them.
