Raising kids with Christian values in a secular world
Been wrestling with how to raise my kids with strong faith without making them feel like outcasts. Most of their friends' families don't go to church, some of their classmates are being raised secular, and I don't want them to grow up thinking they're better than anyone. But I also want them to know Jesus and understand Biblical truth. How do you balance teaching them what you believe is right while also being loving and not judgmental toward people who believe differently? Looking for practical ways to do this.
One thing that helped us was finding a good youth group where the kids could connect with other kids their age who share values. They don't feel alone that way and don't see it as weird.
