Raising my kids in faith when I didn't have it growing up
Both my wife and I grew up without strong faith. We became Christians a few years ago and now we have a 3 and 6 year old. I want so badly to raise them knowing God but I'm terrified I'm going to mess it up or teach them something wrong. I don't have a template from my own childhood to follow. We've started Bible stories at dinner and praying together but some days I feel like a complete fraud trying to be this spiritual leader when I'm still learning everything myself. Any dads out there in the same boat who can share what's worked for you?
That's awesome that you found faith as adults and now you're passing it on. Are you involved in a church community that helps with the parenting side of things?
