Started a Bible study with some guys from church and it's changing everything

We've been meeting Tuesday mornings before work for about 3 months now and honestly it's made me a different man. Not in some crazy way but like, I'm more patient with my kids, more present at home, actually thinking about what I say. My wife noticed it first which made me realize how much I was checked out before. If any of you are on the fence about getting into a group like this, just do it. It's real accountability with guys who actually get it.

I've been thinking about doing something similar. It's the intentionality that gets me - Tuesday mornings, showing up, being consistent. That's what actually works. My kids see me taking faith seriously instead of just talking about it. How many guys are in your group?

Honestly this sounds like exactly what I need. Being remote I don't get a lot of guy interaction and I definitely feel the lack of intentional time with other men. How hard was it to start something like that? Was it just asking people or did you have a structure going in?
