Struggling to be the spiritual leader my family needs

I want to lead my family in prayer and faith but honestly sometimes I feel like a hypocrite. I lose my temper with my kids, I struggle with anger, and I'm not living the example Jesus calls me to be. My wife is the one with the strong faith and I feel like I'm failing them. How do other dads deal with this? How do you lead when you're still struggling?
